Below is the application process for HMCA.

 

1.) Please complete the application below and email it to us at hmca2022@gmail.com along with a copy of your child's vaccine records (COVID VACCINE NOT REQUIRED), copy of child's birth certificate, and school transcript if your child has been in school previously. 

 

2.) We will set up a day and time to meet you and your child. (child must be present for this meeting)

3.) You will receive a written letter of acceptance or rejection within one week from the date of the interview.
